Abstract

The invention relates to application of a universal calcium preparation in neural stem cell differentiation regulation. The method comprises the following steps that neural stem cells are inoculated into a neural stem cell differentiation culture medium; a universal calcium preparation is added into a culture system for neural stem cell culture and endocytosis, wherein the universal calcium preparation is hydroxyapatite nanorods or calcium phosphate nanoparticles, and neural stem cells modified by the calcium preparation are obtained; and the neural stem cells modified by the calcium preparation are transplanted for relieving and treating neurodegenerative diseases. The neural stem cells modified by the calcium preparation disclosed by the invention have a relatively high differentiation speed and a relatively obvious neuronal directional differentiation trend, and can generate more mature neurons in a shorter time, so that the nerve tissue repair efficiency is improved to the greatest extent, and the generation of nerve scars is avoided.
