AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

The present technology introduces an improved method for controlling algorithms that converge on specific points or regions within certain timeframes during operation without losing accuracy by considering filtering out unwanted signals from other parts of the system's signal processing path. This results in more accurate calculations compared with previous methods which only focused upon finding one point at once instead of continuously updating its position over multiple periods of data collection. Overall, this new approach helps improve the efficiency and effectiveness of pulse-noise systems used in communication devices such as radar sensors.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relating to improving the efficiency at controlling impacted noisy environments such as gunfire signals has been related to how well an existing method works when there are strong random fluctuations that may occur during operation due to environmental factors like background sound levels.

Abstract

The invention discloses a filtering reference affine projection symbol active control method based on a variable step size, and the method comprises the steps: S1, an impulse noise signal is transmitted, and the impulse noise signal is t transmitted to a control filter; S2, the control filter transmits the pulse noise signal to a rear filter; S3, the rear filter generates a counteracting signal of the pulse noise signal according to the pulse noise signal and an internal active control algorithm, and transmits the counteracting signal to a loudspeaker; and S4, the loudspeaker sends out the offset signal, so that the offset signal and the pulse noise signal are superposed for offsetting the pulse noise signal. The convex combination structure and the variable step size strategy are introduced, the convergence speed of the algorithm is controlled by adjusting and controlling the step size coefficient in the filter structure, the contradiction between the convergence speed and the steady-state error is coordinated, the convergence performance of the control algorithm on the pulse noise is improved, and the purpose of effectively controlling the pulse noise is achieved.
