Abstract

The invention relates to a medulloblastoma cell exosome capable of inducing polarization of M2-like TAMs. The exosome comprises a combination of let-7i-5p and miR-221-3p. Less let-7i-5p and miR-221-3p are expressed in the SHH type MB cell exosome, the inhibitory effect on PPARG is smaller than that of other molecular subtypes, and the activation capacity on an NF-kB signal channel at the downstream of PPARG is correspondingly weaker than that of other molecular subtypes, so that the SHH type MB cell exosome can better promote TAMs to be polarized to M2 samples; a combined administration experiment of a PPARG antagonist and an SMO inhibitor is further carried out, and it is found that the PPARG antagonist can significantly inhibit polarization of TAMs to M2 in a mouse tumor microenvironment, so that TAMs are activated to M1, and the anti-tumor activity of the SMO inhibitor is significantly enhanced.
