Abstract

The invention provides a silicone rubber insulation material aging criterion determination method. The method comprises steps of carrying out surface treatment on a to-be-detected silicone rubber sample, heating to a set temperature, and measuring a thermal degradation curve of the to-be-detected silicone rubber sample material; calculating activation energy data at different reaction depths according to related test data in the activation energy curve of the to-be-tested silicone rubber sample material to obtain a change curve of the activation energy of the to-be-tested silicone rubber sample material along with the reaction depths; and determining the aging criterion of the to-be-tested silicone rubber insulating material according to the change curve of the activation energy of the to-be-tested silicone rubber sample material along with the reaction depth. The method can accurately and effectively determine the activation energy data of the to-be-tested silicone rubber material, and judges the aging degree of the silicone rubber for electric power according to the value of the activation energy, so reference is provided for the replacement scheme of front-line operators, and basis is provided for researching the chemical reaction kinetic process of silicone rubber degradation at the same time.
