Abstract

The gout diagnosis biomarkers provided by the invention comprise trigonelline, arachidonic acid, betaine, glycocholic acid, pipemidic acid, myristic acid and uracil. The gout diagnosis markers provided by the invention can be detected by adopting a mass spectrum method, and whether a hyperuricemia patient suffers from gout or has a gout suffering risk is determined by using the markers.
