The device comprises a bottom plate; a torque loading device which is used for testing the torque performance of the motorized spindle, wherein the torque loading device and the motorized spindle are both arranged on the bottom plate, and the torque loading device is in transmission connection with the motorized spindle; a sleeve shell which is rotatably arranged on the electric spindle in a sleeving mode, wherein the position of the sleeve shell is fixed in the axis direction of the electric spindle; a radial force loading device which is used for testing the radial force performance of the motorized spindle, is arranged on the bottom plate, is used for providing radial loading force perpendicular to the axis direction of the motorized spindle, and is fixedly connected with the sleeve shell; an axial force loading device which is used for testing the axial force performance of the motorized spindle, is arranged on the bottom plate and is used for providing axial loading force along the axis direction of the motorized spindle; and a middle force transmission structure which is connected with the sleeve shell and the axial force loading device.
