The refrigerating system comprises a compressor, a condenser, a throttling device and an evaporator which are connected through a pipeline to form a circulation loop, and further comprises a pressure adjusting device which is connected into the circulation loop, located between the condenser and the throttling device and configured to be in a conduction state allowing a refrigerant to pass through when the refrigerating system operates; and after the refrigerating system is shut down, the blocking state is switched to prevent the high-pressure refrigerant on the condenser side from flowing to the throttling device. The refrigerating system can quickly enter a refrigerating state after being started.
