Abstract

This telephone system is provided with a base station and at least one handset for exchanging the calling signals. The system is provided with a means for transmitting the signal frame superimposed on the calling signals between the stations and the means for interrupting the calling signals during the reception of the signal frame. Furthermore, on a handset side, a difference circuit for measuring a time interval between the interruption of the calling signals and the reception of the signal frame is provided. Consequently, correction for changing the generation of the interrupt as a function of a difference is introduced into the circuit.
