The double-needle-bar warp-knitted light-emitting screen cloth is a sandwich screen cloth and comprises a surface layer, a middle connecting layer and a bottom layer; and light-guide fibers which are parallel to one another and not form coils are woven into gaps of the connecting yarns of the middle connecting layer one by one, and one ends of the light-guide fibers are connected with a light source. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) weaving: weaving the light-guide fibers into gaps of the connecting yarns of the middle connecting layer in a non-looping manner; 2) carrying out surface treatment of the surface layer and the bottom layer; and 3) connecting the light-guide fibers with a light source. According to the double-needle-bar warp-knitted light-emitting screen cloth and the preparation method thereof, the light-emitting screen cloth prepared through the preparation method has a good light-emitting effect, the cloth plays a good role in fixing and protecting the light-guide fibers, and the service life of the cloth is effectively prolonged.
