Abstract

The invention relates to the testing or analysis of a material by means of the determination of chemical or physical properties of the material, in particular to sampling. According to the underground water sampling and monitoring device and method, at least part of the device is located in a drill hole, a first space is defined by the drill hole, and the device comprises: a layering device, wherein the layering device comprises at least one volume-variable packer, and the packer is used for dividing the first space into at least one closed sample space distributed in the axial direction of the drill hole; a monitoring device which comprises at least one detection piece used for measuring physical parameters of underground water, wherein each detection piece is located in one sample space, and the detection pieces are connected with the layering device; and a sampling device which comprises at least one collection container for collecting underground water, wherein each collection container is located in one sample space, and the collection containers are connected with the layering device. The underground water with different depths can be sampled and monitored at the same monitoring point at the same time, that is, sampling is carried out while the physical properties of the underground water with different depths at the same monitoring point are continuously monitored.
