The water inlet horn is connected with a water inlet pipeline, the motor chamber is connected with a water outlet pipeline, and a motor in the motor chamber drives an impeller hub in the impeller chamber to rotate through a motor shaft. Blades which can rotate relative to the impeller hub to change the deflection angle are arranged on the impeller hub, and an adjusting cavity used for holding an adjusting connecting rod, a driving cavity and a power cavity used for providing power for a hydraulic motor are sequentially arranged in the impeller hub in the axial direction.
