The invention provides a multi-cluster instance processing method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps of sending a control request instruction of an instance to a common cluster after a resource object control instruction is monitored, wherein the resource object control instruction is triggered and generated after a first service component in the management and control cluster receives a request for creating or updating a user-defined resource object, the user-defined resource object is monitored by an instance management component of the management and control cluster, and the user-defined resource object is associated with at least two common clusters; and under the condition that a control request instruction is received, controlling the instance based on the user-defined resource object, wherein the control request instruction is received by a second service component in the common cluster, and the instance is controlled by the second service component. According to the invention, the custom resource object description instance is set, and the user sends the control instruction for the custom resource object to the management and control cluster, so that unified dynamic management on instances of a plurality of common clusters through the management and control cluster is realized.
