Abstract

The invention discloses a concept alignment and content inter-translation method and system between multi-source heterogeneous databases. The method comprises the steps: employing a data-driven concept alignment and content inter-translation method for a database with an unknown data dictionary, and employing the uncertain function mapping relation mining to achieve the concept alignment and content inter-translation between the databases; for heterogeneous databases with incomplete, unreliable or contradictory dictionaries, a concept alignment and content inter-translation method based on ontology driving is adopted; under the view of solving the determination problem of graph isomorphism, realizing graph isomorphism determination by adopting an unsupervised graph representation learning method; for databases which have both dictionaries and data and have defects, concept alignment and content inter-translation are realized by means of a cross-view domain knowledge graph by adopting a concept alignment and content inter-translation method based on data and ontology dual drive; by cooperatively mining the mapping relation between the data and the ontology in multiple systems, accurate, efficient, robust and low-data-dependency alignment inter-translation is realized.
