The portable bladder urine volume monitoring method comprises the steps that firstly, a mobile terminal is used for controlling an acquisition device to transmit an ultrasonic signal to the bladder of a detected object, and an ultrasonic echo signal carrying in-vivo urine volume information of the detected object is received; then a corresponding urine volume detection signal is obtained according to the ultrasonic echo signal, and the urine volume detection signal is processed into a corresponding digital quantity signal; and finally, the digital quantity signal is processed by utilizing an upper computer, so that corresponding urine volume information is obtained and is transmitted back to the mobile terminal.
