The invention discloses a scene-based remanufacturing scheduling optimization method, which comprises the following steps of: establishing an SRRSP model for evaluating a scheduling scheme on the basis of an average value and a variance of maximum completion time in all scenes, and solving the SRRSP model by adopting a BBO algorithm to obtain an optimal remanufacturing scheduling scheme. According to the method, the discrete scene set is adopted to describe the uncertain arrival time and the uncertain processing time of the product, so that the problem of uncertainty in the remanufacturing process is solved, and an effective and stable scheduling scheme is obtained. Besides, the variable starting batch size constraint is adopted to replace the traditional fixed starting batch size constraint, so that the starting process of batch processing machines in the remanufacturing system is controlled and adjusted, the practicability and flexibility of the researched problem are improved, and the influence of the uncertain arrival time of the product on remanufacturing scheduling is reduced.
