Abstract

The invention discloses a resource convergence potential assessment method and a device based on a source-network-load-storage collaborative interaction scheme, and the method proposes seven evaluation indexes including system comprehensive peak regulation capability, energy storage response capability, reactive power support capability, voltage stability margin, distributed energy permeability, load peak-valley difference, distributed energy consumption rate, distributed energy utilization rate and load resource utilization rate, from the three aspects: the coordination control capability, the resource interaction capability and the resource utilization capability of a source-network-load-storage system, and establishes a three-level comprehensive evaluation model by adopting an analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the convergence potential of the source-network-load-storage collaborative interaction scheme on the four types of resources. By using the method of the invention, a scheduling scheme of a certain regional power grid under different participation conditions of four types of controllable resources of source network load storage is evaluated, a decision reference is provided for planning of the regional power grid and optimization of a source network load storage collaborative interaction scheme, and the operation level of the power grid is improved.
