Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-axis turntable perpendicularity error detection method based on a single-axis laser gyro goniometer, wherein the method comprises the steps: firstly, clamping the laser gyro goniometer fixed in a fixture on a worktable surface of a multi-degree-of-freedom turntable; electrifying and preheating the laser gyroscope goniometer, and carrying out scale coefficient calibration and offset calibration on the laser gyroscope goniometer by utilizing an azimuth axis; secondly, respectively establishing an azimuth axis projection coordinate system and a pitch axis projection coordinate system; then, enabling the azimuth axis to be located at different angular positions distributed at equal intervals, rotating the pitch axis by 360 degrees anticlockwise and clockwise at a constant angular speed, and recording the number of output pulses; and finally, solving the axis perpendicularity error of the multi-axis turntable and the misalignment angle of the laser gyro goniometer at the same time. The method is suitable for on-line metering of the multi-axis turntable, is convenient to install, is wide in application range, is high in detection precision, can achieve the detection of multiple parameters, such as the angle, the angular velocity and the perpendicularity, and is also easy for an angle measurement system reading head of the multi-axis turntable to synchronously achieve dynamic measurement.
