Abstract

The invention discloses a method for testing the scratch resistance of a vehicle rubber material. The method comprises the following steps of S1, selecting a plurality of rubber material samples, and scraping the surfaces of the rubber material samples to obtain cross scratches; S2, performing subjective evaluation on the cross scratches to obtain a subjective evaluation score; S3, carrying out objective evaluation of multiple evaluation dimensions on the cross scratches to obtain an objective evaluation score of each evaluation dimension; S4, establishing a fitting relationship; S5, verifying the fitting relationship; and S6, scraping the surface of a to-be-tested piece to obtain a cross-shaped scratch, carrying out objective evaluation of multiple evaluation dimensions on the cross-shaped scratch to obtain an objective evaluation score of the to-be-tested piece, then substituting the objective evaluation score into the fitting relationship verified in the S5 to obtain a subjective evaluation score of the to-be-tested piece, and representing the scratch resistance of the to-be-tested piece by the subjective evaluation score obtained by the fitting relationship. The fitting relation is established through the correlation analysis of the subjective evaluation score and the objective evaluation score, the accuracy of a visual evaluation model is improved, and the visual effect is effectively represented.
