The embodiment of the invention provides a water treatment device, water utilization equipment and a water heater, the water treatment device comprises a scale inhibition assembly and a sterilization assembly, the scale inhibition assembly comprises a first shell and a scale inhibition part, and the scale inhibition part is arranged in the first shell and used for carrying out scale removal treatment on water flowing into the first shell; and the sterilization assembly comprises a second shell and a sterilization part, and the sterilization part is arranged in the second shell and used for sterilizing water which flows into the second shell and is subjected to scale removal treatment by the scale inhibition assembly. According to the embodiment, through combination of the scale inhibition assembly and the sterilization assembly, water flowing through the water utilization equipment can be subjected to scale removal, sterilization and disinfection, the problem that scale deposition easily occurs in the water utilization equipment to affect work of the water utilization equipment is effectively solved, and the health and safety problem of water utilization of a user is solved.
