Abstract

The invention provides application of long non-coding RNA (Ribonucleic Acid) in diagnosis and treatment of tongue squamous cell carcinoma, and belongs to the technical field of crude drugs and molecular biology. It is proved for the first time that LINC01356 expression is increased along with increase of tongue squamous cell carcinoma malignancy degree and is in negative correlation with the survival rate. After the expression of the LINC01356 is interfered, the proliferation of tongue squamous carcinoma cells is inhibited, the apoptosis of the tongue squamous carcinoma cells is promoted, and the LINC01356 can be used as an effective medicine for preventing and / or treating the tongue squamous carcinoma. The invention provides a more favorable means for diagnosis and prognosis evaluation analysis of tongue squamous cell carcinoma, which is of great significance for research and treatment of tongue squamous cell carcinoma.
