The method comprises the following steps: constructing an integrated algorithm library, when a to-be-optimized problem is optimized, respectively adopting optimization algorithms to virtually update a to-be-updated virtual population output by the last iteration to obtain a virtual population corresponding to each optimization algorithm of the current iteration, selecting an elite individual from the virtual population corresponding to each optimization algorithm, and performing optimization on the selected elite individual; the elite individuals form an elite group, the optimal elite individual is selected from the elite group, when the fitness value of the optimal elite individual is more than one order of magnitude smaller than the minimum fitness value in historical iteration, the virtual population where the optimal elite individual is located is materialized, and an entity population is obtained; and when the entity population meets a preset iteration output condition, outputting a population optimization result. By adopting the method, an optimization problem set containing different characteristics can be efficiently processed.
