Wherein the first lens, the second lens and the third lens are coaxial and are sequentially arranged on the light emitting side of the light source; at least one of the first lens, the second lens and the third lens is a super lens; the surface of the super lens is provided with nano structures which are arranged periodically, and the characteristic size of the nano structures is the sub-wavelength size. The principle of the laser radar receiving system provided by the embodiment of the invention is similar to that of a transmitting system. According to the laser radar transmitting system and the corresponding receiving system thereof, at least one super lens is adopted, so that the number of lenses of the laser radar transmitting system and the corresponding receiving system thereof is reduced, the total length and the working distance of the system are reduced, and miniaturization and light weight of the laser radar are promoted.
