Abstract

In method for preparing mother material, nano inorganic powder material, carrier resin and working adjuvant are used as raw material through extrusion process is characterized by that the inorganic powder material is 1-100 nano powder material, its weight is 50%-80% of that of mother material, the weight of low melting point working adjuvant is 12%-41% of that of mother material, and the weight of other adjuvant is 0-7% of that of mother material, and the weight of carrier resin is 8%-30% of that of mother material. Before extrusion the above0mentioned raw materials are pressed into the flake block in press equipment under the condition of greater than melting temp. of low melting point working adjuvant, then undergone the process of breaking treatment. said low melting point working adjuvant is at least one of low molecular weight polystyrene, polyethylene wax, oxidative polyethylene wax or stearic acid. Said method can obviously raise feeding speed for extrusion process, and can raise production efficiency.
