[0014] Analysis of Binary Pulsar PSR 1913+16

[0015] Since the observation of the binary pulsar PSR 1913+16 represents the only experimental confirmation of GW, the properties and advantages of the present invention will be better understood through the analysis of this binary system. Due to GW radiation this pair of neutron stars will be 3.5×10 8 Combined years later, and will generate a more continuous GW by then. According to J.H.Taylor, Jr.In "Binary pulsars and relativistic gravity", Reviews of Modern Physics, Volume 66, Number3, July, 1994, pp.711-719, their mutual rotation period is 7.75 hours (or 2.79×10 4 [seconds]), the apse is 1.1 solar radii (one solar radius is 6.965×10 8 [m]), the apogee is 4.8 solar radii. Its radius of gyration is basically semi-major axis=(1.1+4.8) / 2=2.95 solar radius=(2.95)(6.965×10 8 )=2.05×10 9 [m]. The neutron star exhibits a mass of about 1.4 solar masses, so their total mass is (2)(1.4)(1.987×10 30 )=5.56×10 30 [kg]. In this wa...

Abstract

A gravitational wave generating device includes an ensemble of energizable elements involving magnetic, electrical and electromechanical functions under the control of a computer and accompanying computer software system. Magnetic and electrical components operate together when energized under computer guidance, producing rapid third-derivative motion of matter. This action causes the generation of high-frequency gravitational waves, which can be modulated and shaped for use in communications, propulsion and various physical experiments. The energizable element can be a very small coil or set of coils embedded in a computer chip, a current-carrying conductor, or a small electromechanical device. The substance acted upon by the coil element may be a permanent magnet or magnets, or an electromagnet. In the electromechanical element structure, the device can be used to generate and detect gravitational waves.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the generation of high frequency gravitational waves that can be modulated and used for communication, advancement and for testing new physical theories, concepts, and conjectures. More specifically, the present invention relates to combinations of small energizing elements operatively connected to a computer cooperating to produce motions of the third derivative of nearby matter or electromechanical elements, such motions producing high frequency gravitational waves. The invention also relates to the detection of gravitational waves. Background technique [0002] Albert Einstein predicted gravitational waves (GW) in his theory of general relativity. Such waves have never been detected, but extraterrestrial sources of low-frequency GW, namely neutron binary pairs, have been observed coalescing at precisely the predicted rate if they were emitting GW. The high-frequency GW is produced by relatively strong magnetic, ele...
