Abstract

In accordance with this invention, when supplying fuel gas to upper fire and lower fire burners respectively and adjusting the gas flow rate by means of a single gas burner, two fire power positions can be set for each of the upper fire burner and the lower fire burner and the two positions can be switched smoothly. A solenoid valve (2) and a flow rate regulating valve (4) are installed in the internal passage (11) of the valve casing (12) of a gas inflow portion (13) and two gas outflow portions (14) that are connected to one another. The flow rate regulating valve (4) comprises: a fixed disc (42) formed with four first communication holes (44a, 44b, 45a, 45b); and a rotary disc (43) formed with a second communication hole (46) to be aligned with one of the first communication holes (44a, 44b, 45a, 45b) when being rotated by a predetermined angle. The first communication holes (44a, 44b, 45a, 45b) are formed with two holes that increase the gas flow rate and two holes that decrease the gas flow rate. A large and small pair of holes are aligned with the gas outflow portions (14) respectively and opposed to one another on the same circumference of a circle.
