Abstract

A one-way communication data transmission system in which sending data is managed or a data broadcast schedule is made by grasping or correctly deducing the status of a reception terminal so as to prevent a failure of data transmission. After data is transmitted, the information on the transmitted data is managed by use of a database, and reception, storage, and deletion by a terminal are simulated by use of the information on the data. Thus the status of the terminal is grasped. On the basis of the grasped status, a sending schedule is made, and a data sending schedule is made on the basis of the result of simulation. As a result, data transmission free of waste is realized. The information on the data includes the term of validity and reception conditions (e.g., area and type of reception terminal).
