Embodiment Construction

[0022] The chute section, indicated generally at 50 in Figures 1 and 2, is a design for a longwall face conveyor in underground mines and consists of a frame structure 1 with a lower working section 2 and an upper working section 3 which is designed to be replaceable A replaceable chute 4 supported on the frame structure 1. The replaceable tank 4 shown in the assembled state can be lifted vertically from the frame structure 1 . The frame structure 1 of the chute section 50 has two rolled U-shaped iron profiles forming the side frames of the chute section 50 as important components, each of which has a vertically rising middle waist 11, an outwardly directed upper flange 12 and a Outwardly pointing lower flange 13 . It is designed to be consistent with each other but mirror each other, that is, the U-shaped iron profiles that the flanges 12, 13 are set to point their backs to each other are schematically shown in Fig. The slats 5A, 5B shown are firmly connected to each other,...

Abstract

The conveyor pan according to the present invention has a framework construction (1) having the bottom run (2) and an interchangeably constructed exchangeable tray (4) forming the top run (3), which can be lifted out, vertically supported on the framework (1) the framework construction (1) of the conveyor pan (50) has two roiled U-profiles forming the side walls of the conveyor pan, each of which has a vertically extending intermediate arm (11), an upper, outwards facing flange arm (12) and, lower outwards facing flange arm (13). The identically constructed but mirror imaged iron U-profiles (10), i.e. with the flange arms (12), (13) arranged facing away from each other, are joined firmly to each other by means of welded on plate strips (5A, 5B) at about half height on the inner wall (14) of the intermediate arm (11), whereby the plate strips (5A, 5B) leave an opening (6) inside the conveyor pan (50), which, with the exchangeable tray (4) removed, can serve as an inspection opening for the scraper chain, not shown, circulating in the bottom ruin (2) arid equipped with scrapers. In the free space between the flange arms (12, 13) toggle pockets are welded in with a positive engagement, which additionally stiffen the iron U-profiles and the plate strips (5A, 5B) are supported by means of bottom run rails (20) on a continuous base plate (7) welded on beneath the iron U-profile (10).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a chute section of an underground longwall working face and level roadway conveyor, comprising an upper working section and a lower working section for guiding scraper chain scrapers, a conveyor bottom separating them, and a chute section connection device and two side frames, each of which consists of a rolled U-shaped iron profile with a center waist and two flange sides, and the side frames are arranged at approximately half the height and welded to the U-shaped profile by means of at least one piece The slabs are connected to each other on the mid-waist where the iron profiles rise vertically. Background technique [0002] Underground recovery equipment, such as underground mining, uses chain-type scraper conveyors with a large overall length, which consist of chute sections that are connected to each other in tension at the end sides. The connection of adjacent and mutually connected chute sections takes place, for exampl...
