[0025] 3.96g chromium acetate (Cr(OAc) 3 2H 2 O, 15mmol), 9.66g zirconium oxychloride (ZrOCl 2 ·8H 2 O, 30mmol), 3.60g ethylenediamine (60mmol), 1.11g ammonium fluoride (30mmol), 6.90g orthophosphoric acid (containing H 3 PO 4 85%, 60 mmol) and 54 g (3 mol) of deionized water were mixed in a molar ratio of 1:2:4:2:4:200, and stirred for about 2 hours until a homogeneous gel was formed. Transfer the above mixed material into a 100ml stainless steel synthesis kettle and seal it, and crystallize it at 180°C and autogenous pressure for 7 days, wash the solid product with deionized water until it is neutral, and dry it in air at 100°C for 24 hours, the product is CrZrPO-12 Inorganic materials, the XRD analysis results are shown in Table 1.

The present invention relates to a trivalent metal zirconium phopshate inorganic material (MeZrPO-12), its anhydrous chemical composition can be represented by mR(MeaZrbPcFd)O2, in which R is one of template agent ethylenediamine, triethanolamine and ammonium tetraethyl hydroxide or mixture of several kinds of them which are existed in inorganic material, m is molal quantity of R in per mole (MeaZrbPcFd)O2, Me, Zr, P and F are metal, zirconium, phosphorus and fluorine in inorganic material, and a, b, c and d are mole fractions of Me, Zr, P and F respectively, their ranges are: 1=0.05-0.80, b=0.10-0.95, c=0.10-0.90 and d=0.01-0.40, and can meet a+b+c=1, Me is one of trivalent metal chrome, aluminium, gallium, indium, titanium, lanthanum, cerium yttrium, iron and bismuth.
