Problems solved by technology

However, the current research shows that adding VC and other antioxidant drugs in large doses in vitro has no favorable evidence for preventing and alleviating oxidative stress in broilers. Both metabolism and immune system are related, and free radicals may not be the only factor that causes oxidative damage. Therefore, in addition to anti-free radicals, it should be used together with other additives and preventive measures to obtain better results

Abstract

A preparation method and an application method of a green additive capable of alleviating oxidative stress of broiler chickens. The preparation method includes following steps: employing raw materials including following components, by weight, 300 parts of an extract of origanum vulgare, 50 parts of [alpha]-tocopherol acetate, 100 parts of VC phosphate and the balance 1000 parts of a carrier; and uniformly mixing the raw materials to obtain the green additive. The carrier is composed of porous adsorptive zeolite powder and corncob powder according to a weight part ratio being 2:1. The adsorptive zeolite powder and the corncob powder are subjected to pre-crushing process to enable a fineness to be 10-100 meshes. The green additive is significant in application effect during feeding, can replace, or partially replace antibiotics, and has important significances on improving a production level of the broiler chickens, ensuring product safety of the broiler chickens, maintaining ecological environment and promoting a healthy sustainable development of livestock breeding industry.

Description

[0001] technical field [0002] The invention relates to a method for preparing and using a green additive for alleviating oxidative stress in broilers. Background technique [0003] Diarrhea ( Origanum heracleoticum L., also called in the past Origanum vulgare spp hirtum ) is a perennial herbaceous plant of the Lamiaceae Origanum genus. Mainly distributed in the Mediterranean region to Central Asia, North Africa, North America and most parts of my country. Spicy, cool and non-toxic, it is a safe feed additive. At present, broiler production is troubled by the high incidence of animal diseases, leading to antibiotics not only being used to treat diseases, but also being abused in feed, resulting in excessive drug residues in animal products and the development of drug resistance in animals, endangering the health of animals and humans. As a result, food safety issues have been paid attention to by the whole people, and green ecological breeding is imminent. As a safe...
