Problems solved by technology

With the aid of the threading aid, a relatively high time consumption for threading the thread is added, which further reduces attention
If the wrong yarn is threaded, the requirements of the same conditions cannot be met when twisting
Multi-colored strands produced in this way have quality defects, which can even render the strands completely unusable

Embodiment Construction

[0029] In Fig. 1, it is shown that a polychromatic strand (Mouliné-Garn) 1 is produced by twisting two twisted single yarns 2, 3, which are twisted as a combined thread 4 in the direction of the arrow 5. feed. The merged wire 4 is subjected to a downward change of direction by a roller pair 6 and by means of a guide roller 7 . After the guide roller 7, the merged thread 4 is divided into its two single threads 2, 3, which until now run side by side, the single thread 2 is guided through the thread guide hole 8 and the single thread 3 is passed through the guide thread Hole 9 leads. The points at which the individual threads 2, 3 separate from each other lie precisely on the extension of the hollow spindle shaft 10 of a lower, not shown spindle in FIG. 1, on which the multicolor strand 1 is wound. The thread guide holes 8 , 9 are arranged on the thread guide 11 at equal distances from one another and thus axisymmetrically with respect to the spindle hollow shaft 10 , and form...

Abstract

The invention relates to a yarn guide (11) for separating commonly supplied individual yarns before twisting to a multiple yarn, with yarn guide roses arranged symmetrically around the spindle hole axis and having an assigned individual yarn. According to the invention, the yarn guide (11) has at least two groups of slit-form guide roses (8,9; 19,20,21) with differing numbers of roses. Each groupis provided with a common feed of the appropriate number of individual yarns(2,3; 15,16,17), and the groups have characteristics (specifically different colors) to aid in the supply of the individualyarns(2,3; 15,16,17) to the correct group. Thereby the dange of promiscuous during posting in the guide roses is reduced. Introduction of the yarn guide (11) can be beneficial for the manufacture of multiple yarn twisting machine.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a yarn guide for separating co-fed individual yarns before retwisting a multi-ply yarn. Background technique [0002] When twisting several yarns, for example in a twisting machine, the equal length of the individual yarns, the uniformity of rotation of the twisted yarns and the strength of the twisted yarns are decisive as quality criteria. In order to meet these quality requirements, so-called multi-ply yarn guides are used, which separate the juxtaposed, twisted single yarns before entering the hollow spindle shaft when the multi-ply yarns are retwisted. The guidance of the individual threads by the multi-thread guide is arranged angularly symmetrically with respect to the hollow spindle shaft in such a way that an equal thread spread results when the threads pass through. After passing through the holes of the multi-strand yarn guide, the single yarns come together again in a symmetrical arrangement. Co-twisting is gener...
