The PLC signal circuit and the DC power supply terminal P1 are connected so that a communication signal Tx for transmission from a PLC signal circuit of the PLC modem is supplied to the DC power supply terminal P1, the communication signal is superimposed on the power line, and the communication signal from the power line is delivered to the PLC signal circuit as a reception signal Rx via the DC power supply terminal P1.
