Abstract

The invention discloses a self-assembling nanometer particle and preparing method of N-amber diacylchitosan, which comprises the following steps: putting succinic anhydride acetone solution in the chitosan acetate aqueous solution; heating; stirring; cooling until atmosphere temperature; sedimenting in the anhydride acetone; sucking; washing; drying at 40 deg.c in the vacuum to produce white solid of N-amber diacylchitosan; dispersing in the distiller; stirring at 30 deg.c through magnetic force to produce the self-assembling nanometer particle. The invention solves the problem of large molecule releasing or non-even phase reaction, which overcomes the defect of ill preparing condition.
