Abstract

The invention discloses a high-temperature high-pressure resistant non-oil lubricant sealing ring used in compressor. Wherein, the sealing ring is made from (mass percentage): polytetrafluoroethylene in 60-80%; carbon fiber in 6-22%; and filling agent in 5-35%; while the filling agent can be one or several of graphite, glass fiber, molybdenum disulfide and copper powder. The treatment comprises: at normal temperature: selecting raw material - mixing materials - checking - molding pressing - sintering - cooling, contracting and shaping - mechanically processing, to attain sealing ring. The invention has the advantages that: it is resistant to high pressure and high temperature, with long service life, better sealing effect and the application for variable working conditions.
