Benefits of technology

This technology allows us to create curves with specific shapes on surfaces or objects without making them bulky like other designs. It also makes it easier than previous ways to move things around while still being able to work properly at all angles.

Problems solved by technology

This patented describes various technical solutions related to improving the performance of electric machines called AC/DC brushless DC servo systems. These technologies aim towards achieving precise movements over long distances without generating excess torque or causing instability during rotation due to gear backspircling. Current designs involve either decompositing the motion directly onto linear ones like spirals or combining them together through mechanical means, resulting in complexity and reduced reliabilities.

Embodiment Construction

[0013] The invention provides a permanent magnet synchronous curve motor which directly realizes space curve motion. Describe below in conjunction with accompanying drawing.

[0014] image 3 Is the schematic diagram of the principle of the curve motor. In the figure, the mover 6 is set on the stator 7, and the stator 7 is pre-processed into a shape of a fixed space curve. The curved motor distributes a magnetic field formed by permanent magnets or windings on the stator, and the mover equipped with windings or permanent magnets moves along the fixed space curve of the stator under the action of electromagnetic force.

[0015] There are two basic motion forms of the space curve motor, such as Figure 4 As shown, (a) is the stator movement that the mover simply changes along the curvature radius space vector, and (b) is the mover rotating around the stator according to a certain trajectory. Figure 4 The section of the stator in (a) can be rectangular as shown in the figure...

Abstract

The disclosed permanent magnet synchronous curve motor comprises: pre-processing fixed-curve shape on stator with magnetic field formed by permanent magnet or winding, controlling with voltage space vector PWM algorithm the rotator with winding or permanent magnet to run along the stator. This invention saves space, can keep away from barrier, and solves one-dimension problem instead of multi-dimension motion.
