Benefits of technology

[0006] Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a foldable toy paper organizer whose volume is minimized and since the assembly and disassembly thereof can be quickly performed, its transportation and maintenance are convenient, and since it is made of recyclable paper it can be manufactured at low cost, and minimize environmental pollution, while being able to hold items such as toys and dolls.

Problems solved by technology

However, since the manufacturing procedures of metal or wooden drawer are complicated, such as preparation and processing of raw materials to shipping, costs of raw materials and processing fees thereof are increased so as to increase manufacturing costs.
Moreover, the conventional drawer may not be recyclable or may be expensive to dispose of.
Although synthetic organizer is cheaper than the metal or wooden drawer in terms of raw materials and is convenient to transport and easier to handle because of its light weight, the synthetic drawer is weak against external shock and may not be recyclable or may be expensive to dispose of given the nature of its raw materials.
Furthermore, conventional drawer is made of many components, making it difficult to assemble and disassemble the organizer, and it is very difficult for the consumers to change the structure of the drawer in accordance with the user's wish.

Abstract

A foldable toy paper organizer is quickly assembled and dissembled that it is convenient to movie it, and the organizer, since made from recyclable paper, can be manufactured at a low cost. The organizer includes a main body including a rear wall, foldable lateral walls and cutout holes, a partition with protruding portions that can be inserted to the main body, a drawer inserted between the aforementioned partitions for accommodating stuffs, a handle that is inserted along the frontal side of the drawer used to open and close the drawer, a fixation device having an open side for fixing the protruding partition to the outer side of the main body from the left side of the main body, and a reinforcing device for reinforcing the main body and having an open side and an open end so that the reinforcing device may be inserted into the upper and lower ends of the sidewalls. Since the main body is assembled together by folding and bending the paper, and since all partitions are held together by fixation device, it is very convenient to assemble and dissemble the organizer. The lateral walls, and the partitions are folded twice to have double layers, increasing their firmness and robustness. The foldable toy paper organizer is light in weight, lean, and can be easily assembled and dissembled making it convenient to transport to different locations.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present invention relates to a foldable organizer, and more particularly, to a foldable paper organizer whose volume is minimized and since the assembly and disassembly thereof can be quickly performed, its transportation and maintenance are convenient, and since made of recyclable paper, it can be mass-produced at low cost and it can also reduce environmental pollution. BACKGROUND ART [0002] Generally, organizers serve to store toys, dolls and other stuffs. As such, drawers have various functions and their necessity is also increasing. [0003] The conventional organizers are mainly made of metal, wood, or synthetic resin. However, since the manufacturing procedures of metal or wooden drawer are complicated, such as preparation and processing of raw materials to shipping, costs of raw materials and processing fees thereof are increased so as to increase manufacturing costs. Moreover, the conventional drawer may not be recyclable or may be expensive to dispo...
