[0014]A method of securing elongated objects to a floating cover will now be described with reference to FIG. 1 through 8.
[0015]Referring to FIG. 1, in broad terms the method involves three steps. A first step involves providing a sheet form substrate 12. Where substrate 12 is to be used as a gas collection cover, substrate 12 is gas impervious. A second step involves forming elongated retention pockets 30 on substrate 12.
