70 results about "Lettuce mosaic virus" patented technology

Lettuce mosaic virus (LMV) is a typical potyvirus (genus Potyvirus, family Potyviridae), which causes one of the major virus diseases of lettuce crops worldwide. LMV is seed-borne to a low but significant rate (1-10% of the seeds produced by an infected mother plant germinate into infected seedlings). This provides the primary inoculum in lettuce crops. LMV, and thus the mosaic disease, is then spread locally from plant to plant by the feeding stylets of aphids.

Preparation method and detection method of lettuce mosaic virus nano-enzyme immunochromatographic test strip

The invention discloses a preparation method of a lettuce mosaic virus nano-enzyme immunochromatographic test strip. The preparation method comprises the steps of: sequentially pasting a water absorption pad, a nitrocellulose membrane and a glass fiber membrane on a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) bottom plate, and arranging the nitrocellulose membrane between the water absorption pad and the glass fibermembrane; respectively spraying a C line and a T line on the surface of the nitrocellulose membrane of a blank test strip by using an XYZ three-dimensional membrane scratching and gold spraying instrument, and performing drying in a drying oven at a temperature of 37 DEG C, wherein the line C is a goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody line, the T line is an IgG antibody line of rabbit anti-lettuce mosaicvirus LMV; and putting a PVC cover plate on the PCV bottom plate, and forming a color developing window hole and a sample adding hole in the PVC cover plate, wherein the C line and the T line are arranged in the color developing window hole, and the distance between the T line and the sample adding hole is smaller than the distance between the C line and the sample adding hole. The method has theadvantages of relatively high sensitivity, good specificity, low price, short detection time, simplicity in operation and the like, and is suitable for rapid port on-site detection of the lettuce mosaic virus. The establishment of the method provides a new method for the rapid detection of the LMV.
