The invention relates to the technical field of microorganisms, and particularly discloses an aerobic composting
nitrogen conservation method based on
bacillus velezensis BV-1, a composting product and application. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating aerobic composting raw materials; (2) inoculant
inoculation: on the second day after the temperature of the
pile body in the step (1) stably passes through 50 DEG C, uniformly inoculating the
pile body with a
bacillus velezensis BV-1 inoculant and a commercial
fermentation inoculant after mixing according to the inoculum size that the
total viable count is not less than 5 * 10 < 6 > CFU / g and the
viable count of the
bacillus velezensis BV-1 is not less than 5 * 10 < 4 > CFU / g; and (3) aerobic composting management. Through the synergistic effect of the bacillus velezensis BV-1 and the commercial
fermentation inoculant, the
nitrogen loss of the aerobic
compost is remarkably reduced, the cumulative emission of
ammonia gas is reduced by 80.78%, meanwhile, the maturing efficiency of the
compost is guaranteed, and the unification of efficient
nitrogen conservation and harmlessness of the aerobic
compost is realized.
