The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a 13X zeolite molecular sieve into distilled water for standing for 12 to 18 h, taking out the 13X zeolite molecular sieve, and drying to obtain a pretreated zeolite molecular sieve; adding anhydrous magnesium sulfate into distilled water for mixing, adding magnesium trisilicate, carrying out high-speed stirring at the temperature of 30 to 50 DEG C, standing, filtering, and grinding to obtain magnesium trisilicate andmagnesium sulfate mixed salt; adding the magnesium trisilicate andmagnesium sulfate mixed salt into water, stirring until a stable suspension liquid is formed, adding the pretreated zeolite molecular sieve, carrying out ultrasonic stirring, standing at a room temperature, volatilizing water, putting the mixture in a drying oven for drying, and carrying outsealing storage to obtain the magnesium trisilicate andmagnesium sulfate mixed salt/zeolite molecular sieve composite heat storage material. The compound heat storage material prepared in the invention is of a multistage porous structure, is high in porous permeability, large in specific surface area, large in adsorption capacity, large in adsorption force and little in heat loss, and can be recycled.
