assembly, gas-liquid separation equipment and a gas-liquid
separation method.The spiral-wound membrane
assembly comprises a membrane unit and a central
pipe, one side of the membrane unit is connected with the central
pipe, and the membrane unit sequentially comprises a first membrane, a first flow guide net, a second membrane and a second flow guide net outwards from the face attached to the central
pipe; gas flow channels are respectively formed between the first diaphragm and the second flow guide net and between the second diaphragm and the second flow guide net; a
raw water flow channel is formed between the second diaphragm and the second flow guide net; a collecting hole is formed in the outer circumferential face of the center pipe and communicates with the gas flow channel, and a spiral groove is formed in the inner circumferential wall of the center pipe in the axis direction. To-be-treated liquid flows through the
raw water flow channel from the water inlet port; under the driving of
gas phase side
pressure difference, gas in the liquid to be treated penetrates through the first diaphragm, the second diaphragm and the first flow guide net and enters the gas flow channel; and gas enters the central pipe through the collecting holes and is discharged. According to the spiral-wound membrane
assembly, the
permeation side flow resistance is reduced, and the
permeation flux and the separation efficiency are improved.
