The display panel comprises a display substrate, a flip chip thin film, an anisotropic conductive adhesive arranged between the display substrate and the flip chip thin film and an integrated circuit chip, wherein the flip chip thin film is arranged on a side, facing away from a display surface, of the display substrate; the integrated circuit chip is fixed on a side, facing away from the display substrate, of the flip chip thin film; the flip chip thin film is fixed on the side, facing away from the display surface, of the display substrate via the anisotropic conductive adhesive; a circumference of the display surface of the display substrate is provided with at least a plurality of connection holes that run through the display substrate and electric conduction material which all the connection holes are filled with, and signal wires positioned on the circumference of the display surface of the display substrate are connected with connection terminals arranged on the flip chip thin film via the electric conduction material. Thus, connection terminal bending technologies are not needed, a circumference of the display panel can be prevented from connection terminal bending areas, and narrowness of a frame of the display panel can be improved.

Backlight module and liquid crystal display device

The invention discloses a backlight module and a liquid crystal display device. The backlight module comprises a light guide plate, a light source and a back plate, wherein a depression which extends to the outside of the backlight module relative to the light incident surface of the light guide plate is arranged on the side wall of the back plate, and the light source is arranged in the depression. As the depression is arranged in the position of the fixed light source on the backlight module disclosed by the invention, the distance from the light source to the inner edge of a rubber frame is increased through the depression, namely that an A value is increased, so that a dark band region of light among luminous sources on the light source can be effectively eliminated and a hotspot phenomenon can be avoided in a display region of the liquid crystal display device. Simultaneously, after the A value is expanded, in order to realize a narrow side frame of the liquid crystal display device, the corresponding A value can be selected from a critical value of avoiding the hotspot phenomenon to the maximum A value obtained through the depression, thus the side frame of the liquid crystal display device can become narrower, and the display region of the liquid crystal display device is enlarged.
