The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a functional microbial flora, namely, taking sludge in a tannery sludge concentration tank as a sludge sample, and carrying out constant-temperature shaking culture on the sludge sample for 12-24 hours under the conditions that the temperature is 25-30 DEG C and the rotating speed is 60-100rpm, so as to obtain a microorganism enrichment culture; secondly, inoculating the microorganism enrichment culture into a sterilized screening culture medium for culture, and performing constant-temperature shaking culture for 5-11 days under the conditions that the temperature is 25-30 DEG C and the rotating speed is 60-100rpm; thirdly, inoculating the cultured screening culture medium into a sterilized domestication culture medium, and carrying out domestication to obtain a functional microbial flora culture; and finally, inoculating the functional microbial flora culture into the tannery comprehensive sludge to inhibit the release of hydrogen sulfide. The method can significantly inhibit the releaseof hydrogen sulfide in tannery sludge. The operation is simple, the cost is low and the applicability is high.

The method, by means of the black fungus polysaccharide in the black fungus, can prolong a forming time of New Zealand rabbit specific thrombus and fibrous protein thrombus, reduce in-vitro thrombus length and reduce wet weight and dry weight of the thrombus, can reduce platelet adhesiveness rate and blood viscosity, can significantly reduce a dissolving time of euglobulin, can reduce plasma fibrinogen content, can increase plasmin activity and has significant thrombus forming resistance.
