Abstract

A clutch for electric tool contains a first gear equipped on motor shaft, a secondary gear meshing the first gear and an output shaft. A section of uniform tooth is arranged along the shaft diameter on the output shaft. The secondary gear arranging couples of perforations around circle is fixed on the output shaft. Correspondingly, couples of driving pegs are set in perforations. One ends of them connect with roof and the other ends link off-port ratchet wheel. Adjoining planes of the secondary gear and the off-port ratchet wheel are matched and buckled by tooth. The other side of the off-port ratchet wheel is pressed by a spring and the other end of spring is spaced by shell. Uniform trapezoidal sloping is arranged on the other end of roof and corresponding sliding plate. A reset reed is set at bottom of sliding plate to reset it. Based on this assembling, large gear fixes with off-port ratchet and output shaft when rotating the sliding plate and they are disengaged when resetting the sliding plate. The invention has merits of quicker clutch, small wearing, long lifespan and accurate positioning.
