Abstract

The device of SECAM digital encoder includes parts: hue conversion matrix of inputting RGB signal for carrying out gray scale compensation, and converting RGB signal to gray scale signal (Y) and two signals of color difference (Db,Dr), and outputting them; a switch for selecting one from the said Db,Dr, and outputting the selected one when synch is inputted; combined device of color difference process for carrying out frequency modulation for the said selected one; bell shaped filter for processing modulated signals of color difference and outputting the processed result; additive operational unit for adding signal of color difference outputted from the filter to gray scale signal outputted from the matrix to generate composite TV signal. Jointing use of functional blocks needed by codes of signal of color difference reduces number of unnecessary blocks, and hardware capacity. Using the device is in favor of preparing SECAM signal in composite TV signal creator or TV signal converter.
