Abstract

If nodes in LAN have no usable file, then the receiving end connects seed server to download subsections of file till all subsections are downloaded completely so as to assemble a correct file. The invention uploads the file to be issued to seed server in order to guarantee that the file is existed, integrated, and correct on the seed server. The invention ensures reliability and stability of file transmission, i.e. 100% transmission guarantee.
