Abstract

The invention discloses a dual-core intelligent communication controller suitable for low voltage moulded case circuit breaker. The hardware structure thereof mainly comprises an air core current transformer, a Hall current transformer, a zero sequence current transformer and a voltage transformer. The transformers are respectively connected with correction circuits, and meanwhile connected with a sixteen-way analog switch through the correction circuits. The sixteen-way analog switch is connected with a signal-conditioning module, a 10-bit serial A/D converter and a signal processor in sequence. The signal processor together with a main controller constitutes a twin microprocessor to realize signal inspection, analysis and process. The signal processor is also connected with a contact temperature sensor, a breaker state sensor as well as a drive circuit; wherein, the drive circuit is connected with a quick release electromagnet; the quick release electromagnet is connected with the air core current transformer through an analogy comparison circuit. The main controller is provided with a keyboard, a serial E2PROM, a liquid crystal display, a communication interface and sound-light alarming equipment connected with the main controller through the communication interface.
