A duplexer of the wire cable modem is separately connected with a tuning unit of the set-top box components, and a first signal amplifier of the wire cable modem; the tuning unit is separately and electrically connected with a second signal amplifier of the wire cable modem and a set-top box main chip of the set-top box components. Compared with the prior art, the present invention makes signal shunt by utilizing the duplexer of the wire cable modem, and makes the preliminary amplification of the descend signal through the modem, the shielded box in the existing dual-mode set-top is omitted, and no F conversion adapter is adopted, the receiving effect of the signal is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
