Abstract

The invention provides a method and a device for load sharing by a main outgoing interface and a back-up outgoing interface in a V-Switch system. The method includes the following steps: a route processing strategy of VLAN is established at each V-Switch node inside a user V-Switch route of a local area network that reaches a target of a resource local area network in the V-Switch system; the route processing strategy is deployed with load sharing between the main outgoing interface and the back-up outgoing interface; the action status of the main outgoing interface and the back-up outgoing interface is judged; load sharing is deployed between the active main outgoing interface and the back-up outgoing interface according to the route processing strategy. The invention changes the previous main link and a back-up link which are only used for switching failures and applies the principle of load sharing to improve the utilization rate of network bandwidth.
