The invention has the methods that a gatpot flower is mounted on the lining paper; the cut cloth decorated glue is then bonded on the surface of the gatpot flower; the cut cloth decorated glue and the gatpot flower are firmly bonded to each other by hot pressing; finally, the mount is implemented by adopting normal mounting method to manufacture the cut cloth mounting painting. Similarly, the cut cloth decorated glue can be also applied to the manufacture of cut clothes or cut decorated fabrics.
