The elastic locking piece is connected with a locking piece bracket and is articulated with a vertical flashboard. Splints are arranged on both sides of the flashboard. An upper interconnection board and a lower interconnection board are articulated between the flashboards. A slide bar protruding beyond the upper end and the lower end of the encloser vertically is arranged on the right side of the encloser.
